Wafa Method.

I train consistency and well-being.
Because if you don’t enjoy it or see results, you’ll give up.

What’s going on with you?

Analysis session

I can’t claim to provide 100% personalised experience if I don’t put it into practice from the beginning. To know what you need, what you want and what has prevented you from achieving your goals in the past, I have to get to know you as an individual. The most effective exercise in a personal training process is listening, empathizing and my supporting you and sharing with you.

What do you want to achieve?

Define your goals

To move forward you first have to know your ultimate destination. What are your goals? There are no limits. Consider who you want to be. Imagine what challenges you would like to overcome. I will help you develop the road map to get there and I will accompany you on the journey.

Where do we start?

Create a routine

The excitement of a new project is not enough to transform your life. Uncomfortable sudden changes don’t last and end up turning against us. It is essential to create habits that you can easily incorporate into your routine in a natural way. I will help you acquire and maintain them.

What next?

Training & Nutrition

We will create a 100% personal plan of physical and nutritional training aimed at achieving the objectives we have set ourselves: weight loss, strength, stamina, etc. Knocking ourselves out exercising without acquiring healthy eating habits, is useless.

Custom tracking

The mind is treacherous and can prevent you from successfully transforming your body. Being aware of yourself, your emotions, progress and reactions to change is our tool to combat this. My rigorous observation and my own personal experience mean that I can predict these situations before they cause negative consequences. I’ll make the necessary changes in your plan to ensure your continuing progress.

You’ve made it ! and I am super proud of you. But there is always room for improvement and new challenges to rise to. Your life has changed and you neither want to nor are you capable of abandoning all the habits you have acquired. Do you want to join the Wafa community? Keep enjoying the sport in group sessions.
